NSI

Formerly known as NACOSS the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) is an independent, not-for-profit approvals body that inspects installation companies providing home security, business security and fire protection services.  It is the highest level of accreditation in the security industry.

NSI regularly audit accredited companies with the following:

  • Security screening of all staff to the current British Standard
  • The specifications are correct the the relevant British and European Standards
  • Customer complaints records
  • Quality of installations
  • Audit on the engineers
  • Audit on the installations
